See my progression
I have been taking pictures for a very long time so it is hard to watch my progress change. I haven't been focusing on photography these past years as much as my physical art like painting and drawing. It felt nice to pick my camera back up and capture these moments. The pictures are ordered from newest to oldest. When I first began the still image project I was trying to get my feet back into the game. after a couple of weeks, I have gained my eye for photography back. This is pair with the things we learn in class helps me view the world in a new interesting way. I feel like overall this project has helped me get back into one of my passions. I focus a lot more on capturing light and moments. The camera is a very useful tool in manipulating light and reality. It is the photographer's job to help show these moments in their true nature and that is where the beauty comes from.
