I redesigned my logo last year and after playing around with adobe dimension I found potential in its use combined with illustrator.
In Illustrator I took my vector logo and applied the new inflate effect. I messed around with the positioning and exported each letter as an .OBJ
I imported each letter into dimension and positioned them how I wanted. I added some paint splatter models and began tweaking the camera and lighting settings.
After rendering my image I put in photoshop and added the final touches. I saw potential to make it look like car oil but the original is still nice. Both can be used.
